Because you haven't sold for a long time and on the off chance you're not up to date with all  the requirements to sell on eBay, you'll need to be registered with both your personal and bank account verified.

The payment for your sold item may be on hold for up to 31 days.

You'll need to request a payout of your funds, it won't be done automatically.
