Finally sold an item using Click and Collect. How do i send?

First time selling with the CnC option and now I dont know how I need to go about sending.

I generally use my courier service as its much cheaper to send laptops via courier tha AP.

How do i send this? Am I meant to use C&S? eBay labels? I have no idea.

The "View Order Details" page shows BigW as the pick up location.

  1. We'll automatically show Click & Collect as a delivery option on all your eligible listings.
  2. There's no additional cost to you.
    1. Buyers purchase your items as usual and select a store for collection.
    2. When the buyer pays for the item, they'll pick a store where they'd like to collect their order, instead of their usual delivery address.
    • In the order details, the delivery address will be set to the Woolworths or BIG W store the buyer chose.
    • The second line of the address includes a unique identifying code which allows Woolworths/BIG W to process the package.
    1. You package and send the item as normal.
    2. Make sure both the store address and unique identifying code are included when you print or write your label.

  • Normal carrier costs apply when you post the package.
  • Ensure you upload tracking to eBay.
  1. Once your item arrives at the store, we'll let the buyer know it's ready for collection.

fees shouldbe maximum

  • EBAY FEE: $ 34
  • PAYPAL FEE: $ 10.16

so a max of $44.16 unless you mean with postage as well

Sorry for the confusion. Just under $60.

eBay; $33.66

PayPal: $9.14

Postage: $17.05

Almost 20%.

Postage fees have nothing to do with Ebay that is a cost you would incur no matter how you sold. The fee may seem high but that is the cost of having millions of potential customers. Fees to me do not really mean anything as I allow for them in my pricing and the buyer pays them I even add a little for future problems all that is important to me is profit margins the rest is factored inand really the buyers problem well that is how I like to look at things anyway.
