Carl Icahn called him "asleep at the wheel or willfully blind" and Icahn called for JD's removal as CEO (which is happening this year). Today, Icahn dramatically increased his stake in eBay yet again. Icahn pushed for the spin-off of Paypal (and that's happening this year also). Icahn also called JD's management "the worst corporate governance I have ever seen".
