I am new seller I have listed an item with free domestic postage however It costs me around $11.70 so I am selling product with zero profit and that is totally fine for new seller. Moreover buyer has given option to choose express postage or internation postage for buyer overseas where buyer would pay the postage. I want to give $11.70 discount to buyers if they choose express or international postage. But I don't know how can I do that. Please Help.

You can put in your listings that buyers wait for an invoice. If they do actually wait, you can discount the postage component for non-'free' amounts when you send the invoice.
Free postage is an eBay con, btw. It doesn't actually affect sales levels as far as any regular sellers can determine.

All you need to do is discount the other postage options by the amount of what the regular post cost is.
For example if regular post costs $12.00 and express post costs $15.00 you can just put $3.00 for the express post option.
You have probably not noticed but the one you have as an auction is advertising free postage on the photo even though you are charging postage for that listing.
