Can someone explain why, and who can use these promotions ....

Who can use them---- Any one that was sent the emails top use them as they are by invitation only.

Why---- So a new seller will be happy if they make sales and then get sucked into selling more by listing for free and pay almost 10% for the final value fees IF they sell.

Don't forget the almost 10% they charge on postage, (a fee that they charge for a server Ce they do not even provide!)

It seems unusual that they put 3 up following each other .... there's usually only the one..

By the way, I use every one of the 100 free insertions in the promotions, and yet I have never had an invitation for many months,  (unlike when they first started)    Maybe it's because I accept them the minute I see them on the Board, which is usually a couple of days prior now ..... BEFORE THEY GET AWAY
