If you include FREE POSTAGE in your listing price does Ebay and Paypal take commission once sold on the total amount or less postage?

It always applies to the total the buyer pays, whether postage is listed as a separate amount or not (i.e. if it's $50 with $10 postage, or $60 with free postage, the fee will be on $60 either way).
