I sold a package as a local pick up, and client has paid through ebay but ebay says Funds on hold: awaiting QR scan. How can there be a QR scan when its a pick up?
Because that is the system eBay have set up for pickups. Included in the T&Cs you claimed to have read when you signed up to sell. Along with many others you agreed to. While you're waiting for your payout it might be a good use of your time to read the FAQs about how selling on eBay works.
