Gallery pictures in Search result

Hi,

since Friday we are exepriencing the issue with our pictures in search result.

it is not main Galery picture but taken from one of the variations rendomly. it is happening to all our listings except auctions.

"Popular on eBay" and Shop have proper pictures for the listings.

contacted Help desk and waiting for techs to hear from them...

does anybody else have that problem?

all that steps that suggested by forums and Help Desk didn't help.

Yes - haven't found a fix or anything, either.

Yes, I'm having the same problem, but it is my listings that have variations. Instead of the main gallery pic showing up, it is one of the variation pics

Hi,

I am having the same problem too, Since last week with all of them that have variations, Just rang ebay 5 mins ago and they just says "our techs are working on this" .... too long now ...

Same here,  have given up trying to shop for anything ...... no gallery pictures showing in listings.  Wonder how many buyers have walked away because of the problem????
