Trying to list a couple of new items this afternoon.
I have an item with 2 colours which I am putting in as a variation.
I keep getting this error (see pic), when trying to finalise the listing (I have marked the UPC's as "not applicable).
I have no idea where I am going wrong as this is the first time this has happened.
Maybe Ebay glitch?

I am now totally confused. Nowhere on my Ebay listing setup does it give me something called a "GTIN".
I can only see the option to enter UPC values at the variation level and I have set all of these to "Does not apply" but it still gives me the error mentioning GTIN's.
Most of my listings have variations with no UPC's and until yesterday, it was no problem.
I have no idea how to complete my new listings now.

Try going back to the global item specifics section and seeing if any of the UPC fields are there in error, as well as if they can be removed.
When I tried to replicate the issue last night, I copied an existing listing, but I'll try one from scratch and see if I can replicate it with that.
EDIT: just to confirm, are you listing from scratch, or using 'sell similar' on an existing listing?

Thanks Digital - actually I may have solved my problem and then I just came back and saw your message.
I WAS using "Sell similar" from existing listings and just after I posted the previous message I decided to try a variation listing from scratch and lo and behold, I got through the procedure with zero issues.
So, it looks like there is some glitch if using "sell similar" with variations.

I discovered a long time ago that using sell similar with variations ended up taking more time than starting from scratch. While I never had that particular glitch, my category doesn't require UPCs, I have found many other time consuming events which appear to make no sense and use up too much time to work out.
