Google Shopping/Getting items listed on the right hand side of Google

HI guys,

I'm wondering how to get items listed as images on the right hand side of Google via ebay.com.au. I see lots of competitors doing this. It lists an image, a link and a price.

I read elsewhere an MPN is needed in the listing but there seems to be no MPN option on ebay australia?

I believe these are Google ads that Ebay is paying for. They are not text ads, rather they look like shopping ads with an image and price. I've never been listed in this section despite selling more than the other sellers who are listed.
