Hello. I just received my first question from a new buyer, who just registered on the 2 August 2014 and this indivual resides in Malaysia and I do not do International Shipping on any of my products.
I said those who I DO NOT ship to block them from contacting me, but somehow this one got through and contacted me. How is this possible?
Also, this individual is stating that they'll pay more then the initial Bid or Buy it Now price. $69 More (of the Buy it Now Price) to be exact plus postage they said, I have an uneasy feeling about this as they said that had a "Attention Buy Error" hence the reason they contacted me.
What is the best option for me?

warren you need to check your newly listed phone. there is a heap gobbledygook at the bottom of it.
just reading your listing
Are you charging buyer $4.00 for registered if they pay by paypal and are you also saying you won't post until paypal payment has cleared to your bank account ?
You also have regardless of payment buyers have to message you their ID or add it to the notes section if paying by paypal. For what reason?

It's scammer,so don't have anything to do with them.
As mentioned, put them on your BB list.

In regards to your "if paying by PayPal you need to add an extra $4 for registered post" comment, a buyer can't add that if paying by PayPal. YOU need to add that to your listing in the postage section, or add it to the invoice (assuming the buyer doesn't pay immediately, which a lot do, then there's not a lot you can do about it). A buyer can only pay what is in the listing/invoice when paying by PayPal (which is the method most buyers will use).
Also, make sure you have actually blocked all other countries in your buyer requirements. Just not listing international postage isn't enough, you actually have to block them.

You can block certain bidders and buyersif you don't want to sell to them. They won't be able to bid on or buy your items unless you remove them from your blocked list. You can block up to 5,000 users.
To add people to your blocked list:

Sorry, Woz, but these issues are the same in the online selling world. As you have experience in this world you already know the answers.
And I still won't look at your listings, much less buy a phone from you. or anybody else online, so you're not alone.

I don't know how many times I have to mention this until you get it dave.
I AM A NEWBIE to eBay, 2005 Member that's history, I don't remember anything about that time.
You can't tell me I have experienced this or that when you don't even know if it's true or not.
Yes I have sold online in different places, but this is my FIRST time selling on eBay since 2005 apparently, that's like a decade ago.
Where have I said "Look at my listings and buy a phone off me" I never said this.
Read the topic first and answer like most o civilised people are doing on the forums instead of always jumping conclusions and assumptions for that matter.
Next time read the topic carefully,
Cheers mate.
