I was just sitting here, funnily enough reading this forum, when I could hear a motorbike outside. I thought awesome, mail man is here.

I wait, for a knock or for him to take off, but he is taking too long so I peer out the window.....and what do I find?

Postman writing out a card for me to pick up item from post office!

What the? He didn't even attempt to come to my front door to see if I was home to sign for it!

Well didn't he just cop of mouthful from me!

Nor did you, given the person you are advising has probably sorted their issue/observation. It admittedly WAS about problems with the postal service - four and a half years ago.

Its not all about YOU.

This is open forum social media other people might have had similar problems, my inital reply was out there for anyone who might be frustrated by their delivery provider. 

I'm sorry your self centered existence revolves around correcting other people in an effort to align them with your own insignificance

If we were to get back on thread we would dissuss how best to correct the delivery concerns other people might have. 

instead of complaining about delivery people who dont live up to your standards. I suggest you contact the offending provider and let them know exactly how you would prefer your orders delivered I'm sure they will change their proceder just to suit you and the next day you could contact them to let them know you have changed you mind and have a new way that will be better for YOU

We'd actually like to see old threads locked, because sometimes they contain

I suggest you read the forum posting rules before sounding off to other very experienced posters on here.

You may find your posting career is very shortlived unless you show some respect and follow the rules.

This unlocked thread lay asleep for  4 and 1/2 years with the self appointed grammar police waiting in ambush. There was no need to start a new thread as the subject matter was still relevant and the information was an option people could use to fix delivery issues.

I have to ask who is really  the aggressor . Was it me for UPPER CASE  typing misinterpreted as yelling by the next poster who "upper cased" at me that  the thread was years old and was arrogant enough to tell not to "YELL" and did not even read my non aggressive post. And one should not assume that because my post count is less than six in this forum that I am not an experienced forum user. I have not breached any forum rule and I invite you to report what you might consider an inappropriate post to the moderators, my initall post contains only information. A usual tatic of aggressors is to try and  silence there critics let the moderators decide my fate! exclude me if you wish. 

Some of you will be on the way to 25,000 posts. of all those I wonder how many have any real substance.

If you are such an experienced forum user....or internet user in general.... you would be aware that upper case typing is looked on as yelling and being aggressive.  And it is very difficult to read in large blocks such as you have posted.

As for the large number of posts made by some posters....if you wish to see how much substance we have you can look up the posts we have made and decide for yourself.

Whether you have breached forum rules is a matter of opinion....as I said, you can look them up for yourself.
