I know that none of us are strangers to hearing about the terrible experiences some ebay sellers have had both at the hands of buyers and then with ebay's response. There is nothing new in that.
It is interesting however that the Guardian newspaper has provided a few of those sellers a platform to air these stories of terrible treatment both at the hands of buyers and also ebay. Ebay has responded in some cases by making concessions to these sellers without of course admitting that they were in the wrong to treat the sellers the way they have !! I guess they just don't want the bad publicity.
I have tried to provide the link to the relevant article but apparently the link contains a 'widget' so I can't include it.
If you want to read the article, go to the Guardian website. The pathway to the article is: Home > economy > money > markets

Yep, that's the one ! Don't know why it wouldn't let me upload that link, since you've obviously been able to.
I was doing it from my computer, not a phone.

The "same" link can be a bit different in content depending on the browser, any ad-blockers etc. ... what else would be running on it at the time (ads, the widgets, etc.). I tried it with two browsers, and one had an active Guardian "widget" running on it and the other didn't.
