just a simple bug that bugs me ,, everytime i print a send invoice it tells me 2 pages in all. ,then i have to click on pages 1 , it prints 1 page . everything fits in 1 page , its set to a4
is there something i am mising so i dont have to change it to 1 everytime i print an invoice ,
invoices that are paid are fine it comes up as 1 page. but the problem comes up when its not paid.
its only a small problem but if i dont change it it prints 2 pages one with just a line on it

Cant you set the page to print at 80 or90% then it should all fit on one page. wouldn't you print the order page instead?
Sorry I don't print invoices so I'm just guessing here

i will try to set at 80% thanks
also order page does not give you the buyers phone number
and sometimes i need phone numbers when i also do pick ups from the other side of town 2 nights a week.

Good Afternoon Joe
What I normally do is go to the Seller Manager choose the invoice I want to print click on sell similar and in the drop down box select print address labels or invoices.
Click on that and up comes a few options I choose invoice for your own records click continue. Once you have done that your printer will come up and you just click print.
It only takes about half a page and all the details of your customer including phone number, email address, name and address. are there.
I hope this helps you.
Kind Regards
Monty

Hello Joe
Just a suggestion change your printer settings in preferences to what ever size document you require. This still allows you to print an A4 sheet if you wish.
Kind Regards
Monty

hello joe, check your printer preferences and see if there is a "Fit to page" or "Fit to paper Size" setting. This means you do not have to guess what percentage to print at to get it all on one page.

oh shoot, too many nuts on this thread. I meant to reply to joe, not monty.
Hey Monty, are you joe's son he posted about in a recent thread? The one that bought three items from the one seller? You've got the same surname . . . . LOL
