Buyer put in an ebay return request (change of mind)asking for refund of item cost. I agreed and she was told to return the item. I have just looked to see if there is a record of her having posted and I can find absolutely nothing on the ebay site. ...

No name, just initials supplied by buyer

The postage details supplied by a recent buyer do not give a name - just the initials R.J. When I checked her Paypal payment, the name attached to the payment didn't match the initials, but the address was the same. Should I be concerned?
