HI how do i close a case on ebay please?

What sort of case?

If you are the buyer who originally opened the case you can just close it.
If you are the seller who the case is against then the only way you can close it is to refund or agree to pay for return postage.

If it's an unpaid item case, click on the dropdown next to the transaction on your selling page. There should be a link there to close the case. On the next screen it wiill show the transaction and to the right of that is another dropdown. Hit that and select to receive a refund of fees (or something like that).
