Hello, some of it you build into the price of the item, and some of it you can build into your postage price. There are rules about the latter though,, so do read the Excessive Postage and Handling Policy
Just my personal opinion, you are better to keep your postage at the lowest that you can as even when you charge exactly what Australia Post charges us (without packaging and handling) the DSR stars still take a hit as I don't think a lot of people really know how much it costs to post things.

Add it too your postage costs as that is for postage, packing and handling.
If you add it too the item price then it adds to the final value fee when the items sell.

if you use 'Calculated Postage' there is a box to add packing/handling fees
if you use 'Flat Rate' you need to increase the actual PO price by the amount of handling you'll charge and quote that as a single figure
