Has anybody else had problem with the sell 10 items for free promotion from December?

Hi.  I listed items for sale in December under the Enjoy Selling 10 items for free.  

Ebay have deducted the fees and haven’t yet paid it back. 

I had switched to ebay managed payments

What fees did ebay deduct?

Because it would have only been for the first 10 items that would have been free

Are you sure it wasn't list 10 items for free ?

You have sold quite a few items in Dec and Jan.

Check under account what the fees are for.

Have since finally got to managed payments guys at Ebay. They are working on getting the fees back.
Just waiting on approval.
Seems just a problem with managed payments accounts.

Same here, every single promotion like that is full of errors and the counters don't work. Take a screen shot of the promotion and add a note to the item as such. Also many are for for single item listings, not multiples.
