I was sold fake sunglasses from a fake address and ebay are still making excuses some ONE MONTH later. Where is their responsibility here. I am disgusted by their lack of responsibility.

Hmmm! Maybe they can't get their money back from the seller so they are not going to pass anything on to you.
Only when they can rip it straight out of the seller's coffers are you likely to get a refund methinks.

Just out of my interest safto, where were these Sunglasses purchased from ? Item number only, no seller ID. China perhaps ?

From China but listing stated Melbourne Australia.

What category was the listing in? If it was a Chinese scammer it may well have been listed in a category with no buyer protection. PayPal will tell buyers they can't get a refund, but if the buyer pushes the issue, they will get one.
Do you have an item number for the listing? You can find that part way down the page on the right, in really small text just above the description.
