It was cutting in and out for me a couple of weeks ago. Came back, but now looks like it might be gone for good from both accounts.
No one knows what the algorithm is. Last time it disappeared I called CS and they said i sold too much, but then it came back two days later. I don't think CS themselves knows how it works and I'm not convinced the system is working properly to begin with. Some iIndividuals with very few sales have never had it, other powersellers with large accounts have. There seems to be no logic in it.
I'm a bit stressed to be honest, I kind of relied on those free relistings to be able to have 800 items on the go at once, now once my current relistings end I'll have a max of 200 unless I want to pay insertion fees, not preferable for my market, since they are one off items and selling relies on the right person seeing it at the right time. I've had lovely items take 6 months to sell, and boring items I almost didn't list sell the same day they go up, it all comes down to who sees it and when. So, not sure what that's going to mean for my business right now, I can't just have hundreds of items sitting around in stock, but I want to be listing fresh items regularly. I hadn't wanted to upgrade but I might have to, though, even so, that's only 500 listings for free on the next tier.
