Haven’t been paid yet

It has been a month since I have sold an item and eBay has sent the transaction, but it has been 1 month since that and it still has not hit my account. I checked the account details and it was all correct? Does anyone know why it hasn’t come through or how I can get help? Thanks

As a new seller you'll be on transaction holds for 14-30 days

What does it show in the Payments tab in your seller hub ?
