Is it the bed frame that is still listed? If the buyer is from eBay, they need to make the purchase, or if they made an offer you're willing to accept, you just need to manually accept via the message or listing. If it has sold elsewhere, you need to end the listing as soon as possible, which you can do by clicking 'More options' next to the item in My eBay, which will bring up a dropdown menu of options, including end listing.

Yes - if they are paying the full asking price, they need to click 'Buy Now" and confirm the purchase on the next page, then you should get an email from eBay letting you know that your item sold, and it will move to the sold section of your My eBay.
If they have offered a price less than the full asking price, they need to formalise the offer by clicking the 'Make offer' button on the listing, entering the amount, and submitting it. In that case, you'll get an email and message directly to your eBay inbox letting you know an offer has been received, then you can click to review the offer and accept (or decline) it. once accepted, the item is immediately sold for the offer amount, and everything will proceed the same as above, with the item moving to yoru sold list etc.
