Help please...how do I open one of my auctions to International bidders ?

I have an auction up & bid on and have been contacted from a lady in Canada that wants to bid....can I now open it for her to do that?

I know one of you will know what to do...I have tried for last two days !!!! lol

revise the listing and under Excluded postage locations click on Create/edit exclusion list and go from there.

Add her user id to your blocked bidder exclusion list, which can be accessed from the site map, bottom of any page.
