are bought by locals and collected in personand dont end up being

Yes beautbots01, I have contacted the buyer and she states that she
didnt receive a collect card.when I checked the tracking it does not
state clearly why the parcel has been returned, just could be eitherthis
or that...who is to say if I returned th...
I went to another larger post office to ask if this was correct and was
told it was a new 'rule' and only just started...satchel or no
satchel...everything will attract a RTS post charge
Thanks all....I was only 'sharing' a posting a lady had put on Gumtree
about how she had been scammed buying an expensive handbag & she
mentioned that the SAME lady had the SAME bag listed on Ebay...I was
just asking how we 'warn' others from buying ...
I am not sure what form of payment was used...The lady who has bought &
paid for the bag now realises that the seller (on Gumtree) has received
her payment & nowwont communicate with her....The lady has the bag also
listed on Ebay item # 400831511271...
