Ok I had a buyer she was in wa and I’m in nsw.  She wanted to secure her item of jewellery from me so she pressed pick up then paid 

I emailed her said why did you do that 

she said because I’m waiting on other items In your auction to win several days away and wanted it posted with the auction wins 

ok so I thought I’ll post it when she wins others 

now I’ve posted them all together and  I can’t put the tracking on the pick up item 

as it requires a special code app when customer picks up 

 I can’t email eBay to tell them I sent it 

I can’t ring ebay as they uncontactable 

what do I do to prove I sent it

I currently have a pick up item waiting to be collected but there is an option to add tracking. I have done this before but as I use mypost it does it automatically. If you don't use mypost they have an offer available if you sign up and you will also receive a discount off postage.
