Help, "postage service" has changed to "postage policy" in listings

I am still quite new on EBay & not sure if I have done something wrong or I have a technical issue with postage in my listings.

As of this afternoon, when I go to create a new listing or edit a current listing, the "Postage Service" section has changed to "Postage Policy".  I found 2 postage policies that I didn't set up & tried to delete them but I am still having issues. I now can't choose a postage service for my listings. Can anybody please help?

what does it say if you try and 'sell similar'?

Have you accidently clicked on as being 'local pick up only' somewhere along the line?

The same. Policy that won't delete.

No I haven't. I was mucking with the buy it now/auction button.

Just noticed the local pick up option has completely disappeared.

Hmmmm

Maybe clear cookies/cache and or try another browser?

Or say a few unrepeatable words to the computer?

If you go into your settings, you can opt out of postage policies. Don't ask me where in the settings it is, but it's in there somewhere. I turned it off ages ago because it was messing with my head.

The same - postage policy only - no free postage option, no pick up option.
