It is not uncommon to take up to 24 hours for lisitngs to be visible to others

Can you see it when you are logged into your own account and view selling/sold?

Don't panic. Items for new sellers can take up to 24 hours to appear. As long as you can see it on your My Selling page, it will show up by tomorrow. Once you've sold a few things, items will show up as soon as they are listed.
