3. What is the issue?...plenty on here are able to offer advice...but only if details are provided.

And I didn't even notice that policy change in Community's latest updates. 

OP, feedback for that seller looks normal, an occasional seller from home by the looks of it.

Take note one of the items is not working.

You might be right, I saw it as pre-purchase.
