Received 3 times relist for free. I did ask ebay but they said it's if you have more than 100 transactions in 12mths or $12,000 it didn't apply but in previous years I didn't reach that and still didn't get them. I did have 135 transactions but only made just under $2000.00 as its only small household/ clothing. My friend who has sold 230 transaction with payment of $3500 still gets relists from when it first started. Something doesn't add up here. Has anyone else come across this?

Have you registered with eBay as a business?
If so, regardless of your turnover you will not get the free relists.
My store turnover is around 500/$3k and I get them, but I do not have a business account with eBay.

No I'm not registered as a business just a everyday seller. Had a reply from someone else from eBay tonight who told me it's only available to ne account holders so that's 2 different ebay policies so I don't think they have any idea probably talking to a computer robot

My store ID, the one with the 500/$3k was created in 2008, so I would hardly consider that new.
I have given my only possible reason, so I cannot help further.

Another eBay furfy. My account was created in 2005. I started selling in I think 2009 (could have been 2010), so my account is not new either. I'm all out of ideas too. The first time I ever lost them a few years back eBay told me the same as what was told to you. Then they said to try clearing out the cache as that sometimes helps, and it did. They came back immediately. I sometimes lose them briefly during free listing promotions, but they come back within a few hours so I just revise the affected listings and tick the box.
