I am selling large, bulky items which weighs a lot. So I'm trying to get the rates of my supplier's courier, but with no success. Did anybody experienced this and what did you do?

Why would you expect your supplier to give you their courier's rates.  They may have special contract rates which would not apply to you.

Do your own research with a few delivery services to find the best rates you can get for your items.
