FOR SATCHELS:   you buy ebay satchels on line - at 5 10 or 20 at a time e.g.

at http://stores.ebay.com.au/Australia-Post-Store

FOR BOXES:  If you want to use a flat rate box as outlined in the first link  - you can buy one at a time from a PO and then print the label at home.- of course if you use large quantities you can buy them online as well.
