There is no problem that can't be solved when you use the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

Leaving negative feedback is not going to solve whatever problems you are having.

Buying from sellers with poor feedback is only going to cause you problems.

Yes I know how to contact eBay... "Help & Contact" is on every eBay page... However I suspect you'll make a meal of that.

Buyers are given everything they need

Including the choice who to buy from

You do not need to contact ebay

You do need to learn the buying basics though

These two sellers you have left negs for are both in China, both have terrible feedback

Complaining to eBay is not going to do a thing

Choosing not to support sellers like this by buying from them in the first place will

I'm not buy any from Ebay anymore because Ebay support the seller only with rabish staff.

I contact ebmany time to support me but nothing happen.

You chose to buy from rubbish sellers

You chose not to use the tools you were given to get your money back after doing so

This was explained to you here, which you chose to continue to ignore

You clearly did not follow the correct process but expect to be covered anyway
