Hide Listing But Keep It Available

Hello All
I want to create a listing for an item that I ONLY want to offer as an add-on for other items. Example, trading cards I'd like to offer top loaders for an extra fee, but I don't want the top loaders to be available under my general inventory. 
Is that possible and if so, how?
