How can I cancel someones bid?

I am hoping someone can help me.

I am a seller on eBay and have been since 2001 with a feedback of 871. I currently have some listings and one bidder has accused me of ramping the bidding myself. I am highly offened by this accusation and I want the bidder to remove his bids on all the items he is currently bidding on as I do not wish to sell to him under any circumstances.

you'll need to go into each listing and cancel his bids, and make sure you first add his ebay ID to your block bidder list.
