How can I contact someone from e bay who speaks english?

I have been trying to list a car for sale. when I eventually managed to find a place to ask for a call back. (the phone numbers sidnt work) the bloke couldnt understand english.  I must have said I wanted to sell a CAR 10 times. He didnt understand. How useless is this site.  How can I email or talk to someone who speaks english?

You can't. In fact, you can't even contact PEOPLE on eBay. They seem to have some kind of robots as their employees.

I have rung ebay many times and have never had any problem understanding what was said. Having said that if you have a question about listing you will probably get better and more informative advice asking here on the boards.
