How can I find items that I have sent on click and send?

I  Posted an item from Victoria to Darwin posted on 1/11/14.   I cannot find the click and send transaction though I paid at post office to get a receipt.

Tracking shows that this parcel is still in transit which seems to be taking a long time and I would like to check the click n send transaction.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm in NSW and it has taken 3 weeks to get items to NT. It's taken 4 weeks to get to WA and far North Qld! Normally it is a little quicker than that, but it has taken that long before.

The receipt should have a tracking number on it (a very long number).  Just go to the Auspost tracking site and enter the number, it will tell you the status of the parcel.
