Hi Tuppy, firstly, are you selling from this account, you have nothing listed. Do you have a store?
Secondly, you have to think about other ways of promoting your product. For example, if you only have "buy it now" listings, do a few auctions and vice versa.
Make sure you are using the Item specifics effectively so folks can find your product when the random word search.
Put some items that have been listed for a while using "buy it now" (I think they have to be listed for at least a month), on sale.
Email your customers to let them know you are still around.
And lastly, many sellers including me find the star rating for postage time very very frustrating, as it is so dependent upon the postal service doing their share. Even though the star is meant to represent the time it took a seller to get the item to that service. I am sure if you ask 90% of buyers about this, they just see the time it took from point of sale, payment and then when the actually receive.
