Lately I found people selling pantry item such as Indomie noodle 5pk for $5.63 with free postage, I wonder how they can make profit with free postage, this is big item which you can not put in an envelope so the minimum postage would be $10.

I don't know.
I suppose if they are big sellers, that they are getting the noodles cheaper, at a wholesale price & maybe getting a postage discount too.
If you think $5.63 is good, I just saw Amazon has some 5 packs at $3.95 with free postage.

Possibly coming from china, where postage is a pittance.
Or they are squashing it so it fits in a large letter. !!!!!!!!!!!!

The seller most likely drop ships from another seller who provide the actual shipping for free with membership such as Amazon. Like someone mentioned here, it cost $3.95 to post with Amazon, thus at $5.63 - assuming at 15% fees, the seller still makes 85c.
This practice is against Amazon's policy for such subscription.

I think it is against ebay policy too, as far as having something shipped directly from another supplier, such as Amazon, K mart etc
