How come an item get re-listed, when I have unticked the box for auto relist....

The new way of listing is so confusing..... Might be easy for the younger generation... why change something when it is working????

It may have remembered from the last lot of relists.

In other words it may take a little time for the unticked to take effect.

Go to the item in your selling list and to the right in the drop down menu select remove auto relist.

Then end item if you don't want it listed.

I don't think I'm looking in ther right place but my drop down boxes don't have a 'remove auto relist'.

 

I know because I have just spent 2 days revising each item by unticking the auto relist as I'm going on holiday and don't want any listings showing.

 

Can you please tell me where it is for next time.

If the item hasn't sold yet then you can revise the listing and at the end it has the option to relist just uncheck that box

It will only appear in the drop down menu to the right of your items if auto relist is on.

Seeing as all yours are turned off it won't show.

It's in the drop down menu to the right of items in your selling list under "more actions"

Yes that's what I had to do - revise and untick each item. I certainly hope they won't 'untick' whilst I'm away.

 

Thanks Kopes - I should have thought of that - but I might check them all again through the drop down menu just in case any have unticked.

 

The last thing I want when I return from holiday is an 'Item not Received 'Claim because it relisted and sold!

Just end them,(that way they wont be re-listed,good.gif
