For the past 2 years, I dispatched everything on the next business day, never had any delay at my end.
So is it my fault Auspost charges minimum $14 shipping for a 300-400g international parcel, sometimes $20 but still without any tracking # whatsoever?
Is it my fault that some parcel took over 6 weeks to arrive? (true story)
Is it my fault that at least 7 international parcels gone missing during transit in the past 2 years, which I had to give full refund?
Since the 1st of May my business is as good as dead, now this.
Not happy.

I would be calling ebay and asking why this has happened when you are selling on ebay Australia which has different rules to ebay USA
There is a lot of seller with way heaps worse than yours and they seem to still sell ok.

Maybe back in AUGUST LAST YEAR that wasn't the case for the OP, presumably. I very much doubt this is duet's problem.
Don't you love new-to-the-boards posters who bump old threads and don't even add anything pertinent.

Yes
I like to see new posters on the boards.
Mixes it up a bit, takes it away from the same old, same old
