How do I access my sold items going back at least 90 days, please?

As you see sold items only show the last 60 days.

For more than that you will have to rely on your own meticulous record-keeping that you keep for taxation purposes, wherein you have a spreadsheet with details of every item you have sold

I think you can access them for 90 days in Selling Manager, or Seller Hub.

You're right Tippy!   I forgot about seller hub - I can see back as far as 12 Sept. 

Well, before that, rely on the meticulous record keeping.
