How do I combine postage cost for 3 items??

Have 3 separate items sold to one buyer.

how to do combined postage for all 3 at cheaper rate???

If the buyer hasn't yet paid, issue an invoice with reduced postage.

If the buyer has already paid you can issue a partial refund for the excess postage received (don't forget to deduct % for fees etc).

In addition to what paperjack said if you are wanting to post them all in the same parcel then eBay says print out one label and upload the tracking to all items.
