How do I create a return label for a customer to return goods as I want to pay the postage

So i have processed the refund and everything but then it tells me to upload the return label for the buyer so then can send me back my item. But it doesn't actually tell me how to pay for the return label and to upload it for the buyer can someone please help me.

How do I create a return label for a customer to return goods as I want to pay the postage

If your buyer is located in Australia, the only thing you can do is pay for postage online (eg via Click & Send) and either send them a saved copy of the PDF label that is generated via email, or a clear screen shot of it, so they can print it out and use it to post the item back, or send them the funds for postage (either before or after you receive the item back).

 

If they're located outside of Australia, you won't be able to purchase a postage label for them, so the only option is to send them additional funds to cover postage.

I had a similar problem and I tried to send a copy of the PDF label, but ebay would not send the message.  What else can I do please?
