How do I get rid of '1 question' on one of my listings?

Hi

How do I get rid of the 'question asked'? She asked......I answered..............she thanked me. Do I have to thank her for her thanks??Lol!

It's a bit annoying that answers like that get counted as a question 

Where it has the notice (I have 1 item with questions or similar), click on the link and it will take you to a list of all items that currently have messages being counted as questions. Then pull up the dropdown menu and select 'Mark As Answered'.
