I sell my paintings and would like to make sold items not accessible to others who look at my feedback.

You need to make your listings private. There is an option for this when you're doing your listings for your items.
When you create a private listing, a buyer's user ID will not appear in the listing or in the listing's bid history.
To create a private listing, select the Private listing check box in the "Choose how youโd like to sell your item" section of the listing form.

You can not hide it once it is left
The only way to not have them show is make your listings Private listings when creating them and then the item will not show when feedback is left or received.
Other than that ask you buyers not to leave feedback and do not leave it for them
To create a private listing, select the Private listing check box in the "Choose how youโd like to sell your item" section of the listing form.

Something you really need to remove from your listings is the link to your website, especially if you're selling your paintings on there. It's against the rules to put links in listings for external websites where goods are available.
