Well I'm a bit rusty - but I have done it before in Reports:
Go to the Reports tab - opens in new window or tab in Seller Hub. Select Download on the left-hand side. Select the Download report button. Choose Orders or Listings from the Source options.
This generates a report which you can use in Excel - of course it provides heaps of columns that I don't want, but I just delete them.

Thats it.
OP the only thing you need to watch out for, if you have variation listing, the first item, seems to list the total for all the variations, than the lower items have the correct number. So you need to check the first item quantity available.
ie.
Item a = 50 (really 10)
Item B = 10
Item C = 10
Item d = 20
Where in reality item A has 10 items, but it has added that and B, C and D together. Its easy to see it is the one that has the current price against it. Hope that is as clear as mud
