You should still be able to find some information in your paypal transaction history, since they keep those data for years.

Did you buy it or sell it? Don't know that it matters anyway, was just curious.Go to the archive of either Purchase history or Sold to locate it.
If you looking to purchase try the Advanced Search up the top of the page & put that item number in.

Don't think you will find anything in eBay unless you archived the listing. Paypal would have some info or if you use TurboLister and regularly syncronised, you should find something there.

As a seller we take a "Paid and Posted" download in CSV format every month (1st - 30th/31st).
We store this away on our local hard drive.
That way you have an eternal record of all your sales data by month regardless of what ebay or paypal keep for you.
Occasionally when you need to refer back to what somebody bought it is very searchable and easy to find no matter how long ago they bought it.
