I have a saved post from ambridge, I will try to put it here..................quoting:
Go to your My eBay page.
From the Account tab, click on 'Seller Dashboard' from the drop down menu.
A pop up jumps up and shows the 'new' seller standards.
Click on the first section where there is an arrow pointing right: it will expand further showing you how many defects, right down the end of this, you will see: download a report
Click on that
When you do, you sign in again.
The page says 'Transaction Defect Report'.
Click on the blue text that says 'expand'.
There you will have all your defects with item numbers.
If you contact a buyer who left 1's across the board but a glowing green dot, expect them to bite because most of them had no idea that sellers can now see who left them................unquote

I got onto seller dashboard but it only shows general information it says 4 of my transactions have had defects but I can't find the arrow or where to get more specific information.
