How do I see who left me defects on DSR

Can someone explain step by step how I view who has left me 3 stars on my DSR?

You say you charge $8 for a small parcel and that you don't feel that's too much. Well neither do I, considering that the actual cost is $7.20 and by the time you add eBay's 10% you're looking at $7.92, and I'm sure your packing materials cost you a hell of a lot more than the outstanding balance of 8 cents, so like me, you're actually posting your items at a loss. Some buyers are absolute tools and simply don't have a bloody clue. Good on you for IDing him in your follow-up too, as that's what I also do in case other sellers want to add him to their own special list.

You have to wonder about some people.

As per costings, why ebay sees the need to try to get every seller to offer free postage (and manipulate the market), why not just let the market sort itself out.

I offer 'free' postage on my small items that go large letter (I also offer registered and express on those items too), but I'll be damned if I am going to have 'free' postage on small parcel items when most of my small parcel items are listed with a start price of $10. I did try the 'free' postage on those items by adding the postage cost into the start price and sold NOTHING. I tried that for 2 months and still sold nothing. As soon as I dropped the price back down and added a postage cost, I started selling them.

EBay forget that buyers aren't stupid (although I do wonder at times!!!). They know there is no such things as free postage. Most would know that a parcel item with free postage, the post cost is incorporated into the price. If they buy more than one item, they are paying too much for postage so would prefer to buy from someone with a postage cost so they can combine the postage for one cost.

I have one buyer at the moment who is STILL buying up. He sent a message on Monday asking me to send an invoice for the items he had already bought (even though he still had active bids on other items). 6 items went in that parcel. If I'd offered 'free' postage on those items, he would have paid over $40 just in postage. As it was, he paid $8. Initially it was looking like it would be bumped up into the next postage level as it went up over 500g (just), but I managed to find a lighter box and it came in at 435g.
