eBay provides a few text editing functions (you may need to switch to the 'Advanced editing' option to access it, as I'm not sure these options are available in the quick listing tool.
The range of fonts eBay have is pretty small, and there's not much there that's particularly fancy, but you can change size, make it bold, italic and / or change the text colour. (For more advanced options or different fonts, you would need to use HTML, either with a template or by editing in the HTML tab).

Just go to your listing and click on Revise your item
Then scroll down to the description box that's under Details and make certain it's in the standard view,(click on it
if it's on HTML).
Highlight anything you want to change and then use the drop down box you want to change,eg:
"Fancy" font is the first box, text size is the second box and colour is the third box.
Once you have it the way you want just scroll to the bottom and click on Continue.
Tick the box for automatic re-list if that's what you want and then click on Submit revisions.
